This is NOT the best week for the Kardashian family to get behind the wheel, is it?
After Kylie Jenner caused a 3-car pile up yesterday, her brother-in-law, Lamar Odom, who's been having one of the ROUGHEST weeks of his life, foolishly got behind the wheel while under the influence and was busted for a DUI earlier this morning.
And, now we can confirm that his driver's license has been suspended for ONE YEAR, and he will have to
Please tell us you remember Lillian Powers, because she has literally been the highlight of our week — she deserves all the attention we can give her, simply because she's brilliantly hilarious and knows how to use the video sharing social media app Vine better than anyone else!
Oh, and because her account has since been suspended!
That won't keep her down, though, because she created a NEW account, just to explain what happened. What happened is that she's 12, and Vine arbitrarily raised their age limit from 12 to 17 in February.
Technically, her amazing Vines were against the rules — against the rules in a world where porn and awful attempts at humor are allowed every second! Luckily, she's trying to get it fixed. After all the support she's gotten, we'd be shocked if she didn't.
Though, we wouldn't mind a jump to Instagram's video — they'd give her videos more time anyway! Check out her new explanation videos AFTER THE JUMP!!!
Before you sharpen your pitchforks in anticipation for what this kid tweeted, we can tell you right now that he absolutely should not have been suspended for it. It's VERY tame, and the reaction from the administration is pretty appalling!
The kid in question happens to be the senior class president at a Height High School, and has been suspended and banned from almost all graduation activities. Why? A tweet that the school officials claim insulted athletes at the school.
When 33 members of the senior class of Scripps Ranch High School have to explain to their families why they wouldn't be picking up their diplomas at graduation, they had to refer to Urban Dictionary!
The students were suspended, prevented from walking at graduation, and banned from prom, all for twerking!
Well, that and making a VIDEO of it!
Ch-ch-check out the video (above) to see what got 32 female dancers and one male coach of the "Twerk Team" in trouble!
The students are accused of breaking the school's sexual harassment policy, which according to the SRHS handbook, includes any "verbal, visual, or physical conduct of a sexual nature made by someone from or in the educational setting."
The punishment is causing quite a bit of controversy, in and out of the high school, and we can see why!
We hate to see kids punished for dancing, but then again this is hardly the plot of Footloose!
