We guess the saying "when it rains, it pours" can even be applied to Chris Brown's life!
It's safe to assert by now that so far, 2013 has NOT been the singer's year, as he's already been involved in a nasty fight with Frank Ocean over a parking spot, is facing serious legal consequences for possibly manipulating his probation hours, and now, has been involved in a nasty car accident that left one his cars totaled…and all because he was being relentlessly pursued by paparazzi!
At least, that's his rep's side of the story, anyway!

This really IS a step in the right direction.
After we told you about Chris Brown's new Symphonic Love Foundation, which aims to create young programs that inspire creativity and kindness for children, we have to admit, we were a little bit skeptical.
But, after watching the organization's launch video (above), well…color us impressed!
Chris gathered his most devoted members of Team Breezy to show off how his foundation will be used for good, such as collecting donations and offering educational and art programs to local communities while also "promoting positivity" to end the cycle of domestic violence.
