The boy was at an exhibit at a museum in Taipei, when his foot caught on a corner and he stumbled, losing his balance.

As he began to fall, he stuck his hand right through a Paolo Porpora painting called Flowers, which is (was?) valued at $1.5 million!!

Katy Perry's Sunflower Boobs Stir Up Political Controversy Between China And Taiwan!

Katy Perry's sunflower dress causes controversy.

How could something as sweet as a sunflower cause controversy?

Alas, it can!

One of Katy Perry outfits worn during her Prismatic World Tour has caused division among her fans in China and Taiwan.

The sunflower-adorned costume (above) — which features sunflowers right on Katy's boobs, of course — has been interpreted by some as a pro-Taiwanese message and a show of solidarity for the Sunflower Student Movement.

The Sunflower Student Movement was a student-led protest against the passing of the Cross-Strait Service Trade Agreement (an economic treaty meant to make trade between mainland China and Taiwan easier) that occurred from March 18 to April 10, 2014.

Consequently, the protest movement celebrated its one-year anniversary just a few weeks ago, which makes the timing of this sunflower ensemble all the more significant.

Considering that Katy also wore the flag of Taiwan (which was given to her by an audience member) as a cape during a performance in Taipei two days ago, it makes sense that some people would find her use of sunflowers to be a further statement in support of Taiwan's independence from China.

But it was its sweet meets sultry floral pattern that took her ensem above and beyond, especially because she wasn't flashing too much flesh!

Baby Panda Meets Her Mama For The First Time!!

Omgomgmg!! That is so freakin' cute we cannot handle it!!

A cutie, one-month old panda cub was born back in July at the Taipei Zoo in Taiwan.

The baby was the first panda ever born in Taiwan!

With less than 1,600 pandas left in the wild, and pandas being notoriously hard to raise in captivity, this little baby is a miracle.

So it's all the sweeter when the cub got to meet her mama for the first time!

The mama just goes right up to her baby and grabs her and holds her in her arms.

Awww! It's the sweetest thing everrrrr!

Check out the video (above) to see the cutest mama/baby panda interaction ever!

Rihanna's Navy Of Fans Conned Out Of Millions For Bogus Concert Tickets!

How rude!

Two men reportedly tried to put Diamonds in their sky by selling bogus Rihanna (and possibly Ke$ha) concert tickets!

Fortunately, the naughty Sylvester Vincent Carroll and Meceo McEaddy were caught and charged with multiple felonies — including grand larceny and scheming to defraud in the first degree — for taking advantage of Rih's navy of fans by the tune of $2 million.

While the po-po have cuffed the criminals, the masterful scheme has already done some MAJOR damage…

Yep, the snatchers began pocketing millions in dollar bills to spend on jewels, hotels, grub, and cars in 2010 globally in places like Brazil, Taiwan and Mexico, but no worries— the devilish dudes are behind bars!!!!!!

Lucky for them, they don't have to deal with the bad girl! Something tells us the silver-maned fox wouldn't handle them as kindly as the cops! LOLz!

Now Rih can go back to pouring it up with fans in peace!

Justice has been served!!!
