Hey world, listen up! Shakira has a few things to say about losing the baby weight — mainly, how it's not as easy as it looks!!

She isn't 100 percent satisfied with her post-baby body quite yet, but she's on her way! Here's what she said:

If we were Lil' Wayne, we'd be doing everything from going clean to changing our diets in order to get these scary seizures under control, but we rarely get the impression that he's doing much about them — because he never really talks about them!

We've always been a fan of Tim McGraw here, and that's doubly true now that he's confronted his demons and gotten his alcoholism under control. He has a beautiful wife and family, and he needed to do what needed to be done.

Ellen's show is mostly a lighthearted time, but we'd be remiss if we didn't applaud her for talking about serious thing when they need to talk about. That's why Tim opened up on her show about the positive change he made!

A soccer player and generally active little kid, it was hard to get her to stop moving.

Until she was blindsided by an unknown illness that robbed her of her ability to walk and talk!

Matthew McConaughey recently spoke to Larry King on Larry King Now.

He was talking all about himself and his movies when Larry asked about his emaciated look.

McConaughey told him how he lost 15 pounds for an upcoming role where he plays an AIDS patient.

He looks really thin already and he still apparently has to lose another 15 pounds.

He said by the time he's ready for the role, he will not look healthy.
