We're running out of ways to say the NHL and the Player's Association are going to sit down to another meeting.
We just previously mentioned that the NHL canceled all the games through December 30th.
Even though almost half the season has already been cancelled, including the All-Star weekend and the Winter Classic, both sides have decided to sit down and meet again.

We already gave up hope a while ago… and nothing has changed.
It's really just looking like there is no way any sort of a season could be held.
The NHL and the Player's Association entered into talks again, this time with federal mediators.
There were two days of face-to-face talks between the NHL and the NHLPA. They first met separately with the mediators, and then together.
So… how did things go?!

Finally! Jeez!
The NHL and the Player's Association were just sitting around, doing nothing, probably not watching hockey like every other hockey fan.
Eventually they realized the world would be a better place with hockey in it, so they started meeting again.
The talks lasted over seven hours! The meeting on Tuesday went so well that they've agreed to meet again today for more talks.
All details are being kept under wraps so we can only assume things are going well.
