Katy Perry & Orlando Bloom Took The Met Gala's Theme Quite Literally With THIS Adorable Matching Accessory!

Met Gala 2016: Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom wearing matching 90s accessories!

Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom may have crushed our dreams when they chose NOT to pose together at this year's Met Gala, but that doesn't mean they aren't connected!

We already thought it was cute enough that they were both wearing designs by Prada, but these two decided that simply wasn't enough.

In fact, this cute couple showed some sweet solidarity by rocking the same nostalgic accessory!

The pop superstar and her A-list actor beau gave us all 90s flashbacks by adorning their outfits with matching Tamagotchis!

You might have to squint pretty hard to find Miz Perry's, but we promise it's there! LOL!

Considering the theme of fashion's big night was "Manus X Machna," AKA an ode to machine-made fashion, we'd say they went the literal route by opting to add those adorable digital pets to their ensembles!

But now this poses a series of super important questions. What did they name them? Does this mean they've already got babies on the brain?! Most importantly, are they remembering to feed them during the fun-filled festivities?!?

Whatever the answers, we think this is a super sweet symbol of their love!

Filed under: Tech TalkStuff 4 Kidz

tamagotchi reborn

Remember when you begged your parents for a Tamagotchi virtual pet for weeks because all the kids at school had them?

And then you finally got one, and it died in six hours?? Well, now it's coming back to life!!

Like magic, Bandai is resurrecting the Tamagotchi fad as an app for your smartphone! Bandai said:

"The original Tamagotchi was first released 16 years ago and took the world by storm. Everyone had a Tamagotchi and loved taking care of their digital pets.

The new Tamagotchi app will feature the same gameplay you know and love with a number of exciting new features."

What new features? Wallpapers, themes, mini-games- not to mention a web series!

Ch-ch-check out the video (below) for the full Tamagotchi L.i.F.e. experience!

Tamagotchi will be available soon for Google Play and the App Store.

The Madness Continues! Check Out This Kid's BAR MITZVAH Video!

Okay, wow. Just wow.

For as much as we worship Rebecca Black and the Ark Music Factory for blessing us with the gift that is Friday, it seems that they may have inadvertently opened a Pandora's Box of tween-sprinkled, auto-tuned despair that will plague our lives forever.

Check out the music video - and yes, it's actually a music video - for Zachary Freiman's new instant classic, I'm Zack! (above)!

From what we can gather, Zack literally put every episode of My Super Sweet 16 to shame, because his parents had HIS OWN SONG AND MUSIC VIDEO commissioned in honor of his Bar Mitzvah by some guy named Scott Freiman.

And yes, if the song haunts you the way some of the imagery in this thing already has for us, it's available for download on iTunes, with all of the proceeds going to Temple Beth Abraham in Tarrytown, New York!

In all sincerity, there is no 13 year old on the planet who wouldn't shiz his pants over getting his own song and music video as a Bar Mitvah gift, and he knows how to amp the ferocity up pretty high, so we'll give him props for that! Especially because it feels like just that - a fun gift, not a legitimate stab at a career!

However, this trend of parents buying their children YouTube noteriety via low-budget abominations of music videos is really starting to concern us.

Hopefully this fad will die out just as quickly as Tamagotchis or Beanie Babies did! Fingers crossed!
