How's Tamara Mellon celebrating the 15th anniversary of Jimmy Choo?
In a statement released on Sunday, Labelux Group, the company that bought the luxury shoe brand in May, said the soon to be ex-Chief Creative Officer and co-founder will make her high heeled exit at the end of the month to pursue her own "independent career".
Wow. We didn't see this one coming, did U???

And the mass exodus continues!
Board member and Jimmy Choo founder Tamara Mellon has made her exit from Halston just days after Sarah Jessica Parker, Harvey Weinstein and Marios Schwab did the same.
With all 4 major players out, that leaves Hilco Consumer Capital as the last one standing — for now.

It was a full house at the amFar New York Gala Wednesday night, which drew anyone and everyone from the fashion industry.
Iman looked gorgeous in a black Oscar de la Renta sequin gown while Helena Christensen dared to be different by showing off her supermodel legs in high-waisted shorts that she paired with black tights and a strong shoulder blazer.
Redheaded model Karen Elson stepped out of her Tom Ford box and opted for a white fringe dress from the Versace spring collection.
The designers who came to the event were rather boring in black, except for Tamara Mellon who sexed it up in a black body hugging gown.
Tied for worse dressed were Donna Karan, who showed up wearing a dead black sheep on her shoulder and Julianna Margulies for stealing her grandmother's black dress.

At long last Jimmy Choo has unveiled their new fragrance campaign and it's seksi.
Naturally, the ad features co-founder and chief creative officer Tamara Mellon, who got some extra support from her twins.
It's not exactly the kind of ad we'd expect for a perfume that retails for $95, but whatevs.

Jimmy Choo's president Tamara Mellon is finally talking about the unfortunate collaboration between the luxury shoe brand and Uggs.
She told W magazine:
"Uggs were my guilty pleasure until I was on a flight to London and the airline staff said, ‘We’re all so excited to see what shoes you’re wearing!’ I had Uggs on. So now we’ve done a collaboration where I took traditional Uggs and decorated them with the DNA of Jimmy Choo — animal prints and studs."
OK, we've seen plenty of regular Jimmy Choos and aside from the occasional bad design they're cute.
The ChUggs? Not so much.

Tamara Mellon kicked off her high heels for a little fun in the sun on Monday.
The scantily clad Jimmy Choo co-founder started off her holiday by frolicking around the beach in the Caribbean with her daughter Araminta.
And being the good mother that she is, Tamara made sure she had plenty of sunscreen on.
Don't forget to apply it on yourself, 'bb! Your shoulders are lookin' a little red there.
