Despite Chuck Lorre, Warner Brothers Television, and Charlie Sheen officially settling their legal dispute regarding the actor's firing from the show Two and a Half Men, the series co-creator once again took to his infamous Vanity Card slate during last night's episode to take yet another self-indulgent dig at him!

Todd Palin is so over the allegations made about his wife's affairs and other cocaine-filled extracurriculars.

To recap, Joe McGinniss is writing a tell-all book about Sarah Palin's alleged racy past including an interracial affair, an affair with hubby's business partner, and a cocaine habit.

Kate Hudson's biological dad, Bill Hudson, is releasing a tell-all book detailing his failed marriage with Goldie Hawn and what life has been like for him with famous children, Kate and Oliver Hudson.

Bill and Goldie were only married for a few years in the late '70s, when the two decided to call it quits in 1980. In his soon-to-be-released memoir, Bill writes:

We've reported that every book publisher imaginable is attempting to land a multi-million dollar tell-all deal with Maria Shriver, and apparently, sources close to her soon-to-be ex-husband, Arnold Schwarzenneger, have revealed that is all sorts of miffed because before his affair - and lovechild - with housekeeper Mildred Baena was exposed, it was HE who was about to sign "the biggest book deal of all time."

Insiders revealed that up until a month before his life turned upside down, the governator's lawyers were gearing up for a nice post-memoir payout, and he was even searching for a ghost writer!

They explain:

"He wanted to break a record with his payout. No woman is going to pay to read Arnold's story through his eyes. Maria has a story to tell, and she's a known, best-selling author."

Meanwhile, his rep confirms:

"I can confirm that the governor is considering a memoir and has looked at offers from different publishers."

Yeah! Fat chance now, buddy!

Personally, we can't imagine how he could possibly think that after what he put his family through, he has any business attempting to justify his behavior through writing, or any other medium, for that matter!

Get it, Maria!

The former First Lady of California is going to make a ton of dough out of her divorce settlement with former CA governor Arnold Schwarzenegger.

On Friday, Maria Shriver made it official and filed for divorce from her cheating husband. Since there was no prenup, all assets will be split 50/50, according to California law.

In fact, Arnold has agreed to give her "a very generous divorce settlement" out of his very wealthy earnings of $500-$750 million.

A source says:

"Arnold realized he is to blame for the collapse of his marriage. Maria was a loving wife and mother, and he doesn't think that any amount of money can minimize what he has put her through. He wants to do the right thing, and go above and beyond what is required of him under the law.

This is going to be a very amicable divorce, and it won't be played out in the media. Neither one of them wants that. Arnold hasn't lost his mind, he is going to be giving away his fortune to her. He wants to show his children he is taking responsibility for his actions."

And with recent reports that Maria has been offered a major book deal that could be worth millions, it seems that Maria is at least getting some monetary compensation out of this whole mess. She's been through so much with her marriage and her family and has also been publicly humiliated in the media. This it the LAST thing Arnold can do for her.

Holy shiz!

We guess people really want the dirt on the governator!

In light of the news that Maria Shriver has filed for divorce from husband Arnold Schwarzenegger, she's apparently become one sought-after commodity in the book world, and could make as high as $15 million on the advance, if she were to want to air her ex-s dirty laundry in a memoir!

So far, the only person to land that kind of money has been former President Bill Clinton, but we think given the circumstances, and how beloved by so many she is, the former would have NOTHING on her!

Tisk, tisk, Arnie…you've really gone and screwed the pooch this time!

Let's hope she's not feeling particularly scorned, because if she is…you're in trouble!
