According to DA Steve Kunzweiler, he felt there was enough evidence to charge Shelby with the crime after conducting a thorough investigation. We imagine shooting an unarmed man for no apparent reason played a big factor in the decision…

Objection!

America suffered yet another instance of race inequality this week when Terence Crutcher was shot dead by police in Tulsa, Oklahoma — despite being completely innocent of any crime.

The unarmed black man was killed while simply trying to fix his car… but one college professor seems to think Terence's protesters are actually the evil ones in all this.

When will enough be enough?

Colin Kaepernick wasn't the least bit surprised about the backlash he got over his national anthem protest… and sadly, that included receiving death threats.

The San Francisco 49ers quarterback recently revealed he's been targeted by "couple different avenues" since he started sitting, then kneeling, during the national anthem in protest of racial injustice and police brutality in the country.

Speaking to the San Francisco Chronicle on Tuesday, the athlete admitted that he's yet to alert team officials to the threats, explaining:

We sure hope it doesn't come to that… but he has a point!

Though it's scary that the 28-year-old has to worry about death threats, we were reminded why he's protesting when yet another unarmed black man was shot and killed by an officer in Oklahoma earlier this week.

On top of being devastated by Terence Crutcher's murder, Kaepernick took further issue with the fact that Tulsa Police didn't even treat him like a human being, telling press:

This is absolutely sickening.

A black man having car trouble on Friday in Tulsa, Oklahoma was shot and killed by police officers even though he was unarmed and walking towards his own car — with his arms raised high in the air — when the shots rang out.

Forty-year-old Terence Crutcher was pronounced dead at a Tulsa hospital hours after police had come up on him next to his stalled SUV in the middle of a Tulsa road.

At some point, after police felt he wasn't complying with their requests, an officer used a Taser on Crutcher — and very quickly after, for reasons unclear at this time, another officer shot him.

The entire thing was caught on video from multiple angles, including a Tulsa police helicopter high up over the scene, and it is extremely, extremely disturbing.

On Monday, that footage was
