Wow, we bet Terrell Owens wishes he had a job!

Maybe he should've gone into something other than professional sports?? Then again, if he had done that he might not be in this little pickle to begin with… he owes the IRS about $430,000!!!

Now this is what you call a BAD play!

Terrell Owens may be a football extraordinaire, but he sure is horrible at keeping up with his child support payments.

Last year, his baby mama Kimberly Floyd notified the court that he was skipping out on their kid's dough, which led to a court order to serve community service in April.

And after many months passed, he FINALLY did his time at an El Lay Goodwill!!

One of the biggest reasons that one of T.O.'s baby mamas filed papers this month to block his request to have his child support payments lowered is that he had a brand new job with the Seattle Seahawks — reportedly worth $1 mil.

Not any more.

There aren't any real concrete reasons as to why he was axed yet, only that he said on Twitter that he was once again a free agent.

We all know every single detail already about T.O.'s child support woes of the past few months.

Now, however, he has a new NFL contract — and his ex is ready to get PAID!

Terrell Owens seems to be wising up a bit!

Not only did he manage to SHOW UP to court this time, but we're hearing that he's finally agreed to start being a dad!

Well, with his wallet at least: he has agreed to fork over the $20k to his ex for child support.

This means, probably, that he won't be seeing any jail time.

His new lawyer switched tunes earlier this week, by saying:

"Mr. Owens is making the necessary arrangements to pay child support due to Ms. Smith in the Georgia case. He regrets that he is no longer able to pay child support based upon his previous NFL income. He hopes to be signed to an NFL team in the future. Mr. Owens has always made his child support payments his top priority."

If it was his top priority, this wouldn't be happening!

We're just glad he showed up at all!

We knew that T.O. was in good shape, being a professional athlete and all, but DAMNNNNN!

He's all sorts of ripped and seksi!

Even standing next to Maria Menounos, who is in INCREDIBLE shape, he still looks awesome.

He was partying it up on Malibu beach, clearly not worried about his recent legal troubles.

If you're trying to forget your problems, even if your problem is not being there for your children, we guess the beach is the place to go.

Especially with a body like that.

T.O. can sleep easy tonight, because the woman who was shopping them around has deleted all the "dicktures" (dick+pictures) she had from a sexy Skype session.

Apparently they were graphic pics of T.O. giving himself the Ol' Swiss Flute Experience.

Why'd she delete them?
