While talking to ABC News' Linzie Janis, he shared:

"[Gawker] was hoping that, financially, I wouldn't be able to stay in the game with them, and I'd quit or tap out or something. I felt like I had this monster on my shoulders no matter where I went."

Poor thing! The former wrestler even talked about breaking down in the courtroom saying:

Of course, that initial ruling was only for the compensatory damages that the media site inflicted when they published the seXXX tape without even giving the reality TV star a heads up. Hulk Hogan Sues Ex-Wife Over Bad Insurance Deal!

hulk-hogan-sues-ex-wife-linda-hogan-over-responsibility-in-insurance-deal-gone-bad

These two are going at it again?! Seriously?!

Ugh.

Terry Bollea - otherwise known as Hulk Hogan - has added his ex-wife, Linda, to a lawsuit he has filed against Wells Fargo Insurance, which alleges that the company failed to set him up with a policy that would protect his net worth, and because Linda was his business manager during the time that this deal went through, he holds her responsible!

WTF??

Her attorney, Ray Raloof, has responded to the news on her behalf, and it sounds like neither or too happy!

He says:

”This is probably one of the most ridiculous lawsuits I’ve ever seen. We will be going after Terry and the lawyers who would file such an action. He’s saying she testified in a deposition in the divorce that she was his business manager. The reality is while Terry was out womanizing and working, Linda was running the household and trying to make business decisions. This tells me his Wells Fargo case is falling flat and he’s scrambling for alternative theories. Hulk Hogan just need s to leave his ex wife alone and marry his new wife. Basically he needs to get a life. His litigation hobby is something we’re over with but we can’t wait to beat him one more time. Terry should have been a better father at the time he was needed to be a better father."

Unbelievable.

Not that either of these two are remotely innocent, but we don't see how he can hold anyone accountable for any insurance deal if he signed the dotted line - least of all his ex-wife!

What do U think?? Is Hulk's lawsuit as ridiculous as Linda's lawyer says??
