Coat Lady Won't Testify Against Lindsay
Earlier today, we learned that Lindsay's assistant Eleanor and her friend Patrick will testify that they never saw LiLo steal anything.
Those testimonies might not be TOO useful, but one missing testimony will be useful: Masha Markova, who sued Lindsay for the alleged theft of her $12,000 mink coat in 2008, WON'T testify against Lindz.
According to Markova's rep, the coat case was settled, and she doesn't want to have anything to do with this case.
Okay, so in the grand scheme of things, this probs won't help Lindsay's cause all that much, but at this point, any break she can get, however minor, is def a good thing!
