Check out this story from a concerned driver- concerned for their own safety that is! The driver says:

Well, IF this is true, we're just mighty confused…

It seems with all the rules, hesitation, and tension, supposedly surrounding Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart's lover-ly 'reconciliation,' KStew is STILL texting her older, tittay-fondling, SWATH directing manfriend, Rupert Sanders!

In an OK! tabloid magazine report, one source claims:

Kendall Jenner is by all accounts a decent human being.

EXCEPT for her driving skills. Or to be more clear - her inability to not text while driving skills.

Here's what a concerned citizen said:

“The car was all over the lane. I thought the driver was intoxicated! When I pulled up alongside her car, I realized it was Kendall Jenner. She was texting and driving! I was trying to get off the freeway, and I couldn’t merge into the right lane because (Kendall) wasn’t paying attention and her car would have drifted into mine. When she realized we were taking pictures of her, she gave me a dirty look but continued texting, laughing with her friends in the car."

We are SO concerned for Kendall's safety that we wouldn't care if her mom and dad took her cell phone privileges away for a months.

That's how much we care about the little sweetheart.

Listen girl, please don't drive on the road while texting - it's not only dangerous to you, but dangerous to all of the other drivers out there.

We wouldn't even mind if you paid someone to text FOR you while you were driving - actually we think that's a brilliant idea, do that!

Come on, girl. You're smart enough to know not to do that!

Even though he's apparently in a committed relationship with Kristen Stewart, the actor has been reaching out to newly-single Katy Perry through texting!

But no worries, KStew, there's no sexting going on.

A close friend says:

He’s just checking in on her. It’s not romantic at all. They’re friends.
