It looks as though Lil' Wayne's recent HIGHlarious behavior during his deposition may have cost him his lawsuit against Quincy Jones III!

As we've reported, the rapper sued the son of Quincy Jones over his Weezy-centric documentary, Tha Carter, for using music from his album Tha Carter III without proper permission…and from what we hear, not being too pleased with the way in which he's portrayed!

However, as Wayne was unable to make the court date for the trial, as the day he was supposed to testify he was hospitalized after suffering seizure-like symptoms mid-flight! Therefore, all his lawyer had to show the jury was his aforementioned deposition…and we all know how THAT went!

Just last month, Lil' Wayne settled a $20 million lawsuit with producer Darius "Deezle" Harrison over royalties for the track Lollipop, and now, the rapper has once again cleared up another over the SAME album, this one from David Kirkwood for owed royalties for Love Me Or Hate Me!

It ain’t easy being Weezy!

After being sued for $20 million in an "unpaid royalties" claim over a year ago, Lil' Wayne has finally reached a settlement with former producer Darius "Deezle" Harrison.

Deezle apparently did some uncredited production work on Wayne’s Grammy Award-winning rap album, Tha Carter III.

When the case was first presented, Wayne originally called Deezle’s claim bogus and refused to cough up a penny. So what caused him to change his autotune??

EMI Music has slapped Cash Money Records with threat of legal action after YMCB skipped some licensing payments.

Lil' Wayne's Tha Carter III is the only record in question and EMI previously sued Cash Money for copyright infringement of the album.

EMI and Cash Money settled and the latter agrees to pay EMI in two installments, and paid the first.

So, you guessed it: Cash Money hasn't paid the second and EMI wants THEIR cash money!

And things were starting to look up for Weezy!

Producer Darius "Deezle" Harrison has filed a $20 million lawsuit against Lil Wayne's Young Money Entertainment and Cash Money Records, claiming he hasn't gotten paid for sales of Weezy's Lollipop, as well as Tha Carter III, the album it was featured on.

Deezle previously sued Weezy for "unpaid royalties" from sales of Mrs. Officer.
