Is The Amazing Spider-Man keeping an eye out for acrobatic tricks he can use in the sequel?

Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield attended a Cirque du Soleil performance earlier this week and the world's most gloriously wonderful couple was BLOWN AWAY by the spectacular awesomeness of it all!

The hunky superhero entered Hollywood's Dolby Theater with his arm draped around his main squeeze, while both were escorted by Spider-Man stunt guru Anthony Armstrong.

We knew it! They totally went to steal be inspired for action and stunt sequences in the inevitable Spidey sequel!

By all accounts, the three of them just adored IRIS: A Journey Through the World of Cinema.

While The Amazing Spider-Man has hit the $200 million domestic mark - as well as way past $500 million worldwide - the action flick could not maintain its number one spot in the box office, and was bumped to two in its second week released by none other than the latest Ice Age movie, Continental Drift!

That's right! The fourth installment kicked off with a whopping $46 million!

Impressive!

Guess Drake and Nicki's voices went on to Make Me Proud! Ha!

We knew Spider-Man was destined for solid numbers but we never expected it to beat rad reboots like X-Men: First Class and Casino Royale!
