Somebody must be SERIOUSLY kicking herself for all those times she blanked out on her lines!

After only premiering a month ago on the Broadway stage, Katie Holmes' new play hasn't been as well-received as she probably would have hoped for her first foray back in the game since splitting from Tom Cruise this past summer!

And even though the actress was determined enough to fix the production problems by putting in extra rehearsal hours, it's apparently just not enough…as it was announced today that Dead Accounts will now be closing seven weeks ahead of its initial schedule on January 6th!
