Such as the Upper East Side's swanky Carlyle Hotel, who received complaints that "a strong smell" was wafting from Justin's room!

Bieberino stayed at the Carlyle in November while he worked the Victoria's Secret fashion, and apparently some guests were even asked to move from his floor because smoke was drifting through the hallways!

BUT, Justin's camp is claiming BULL POO on these allegations, and apparently it's been confirmed that the smoke was coming from a different rockstar's rooms!
