The Eagles' Glenn Frey Dead At 67

What an awful month for the music world…

Glenn Frey, guitarist and singer for The Eagles, passed away Monday at the age of 67.

Apparently the classic rocker had been suffering intestinal issues for months and underwent major surgery in November.

Frey sang lead on hits Heartache Tonight, Tequila Sunrise, and Take It Easy and — when the group broke up in 1980 –went on to a successful solo career, including writing and performing the classic Beverly Hills Cop track The Heat Is On.

He worked all the way up to his final years, releasing a solo LP, After Hours, in 2012. Glenn also eventually reunited with Don Henley and the crew for multiple Eagles reunion tours.

Sadly, Frey's condition relapsed right before the holiday season, forcing the group to pull out of a prestigious Kennedy Center Honors appearance in December.

So, so sad.

Our thoughts are with his family, friends, loved ones, and band mates.

Listen To This: This Home Is On Fire

It's official! Cam is our favorite new country singer of 2015!

However, she will easily appeal to fans outside the genre, as her sound draws heavily from the '70s - Fleetwood Mac and The Eagles - as well as '90s crossover darlings and her strongest musical influence, The Dixie Chicks.

Cam's latest single, Burning House, is one of the prettiest songs we have heard all year!

Exquisite melody! Great lyrics! And the harmonies are so killer, this is bound to be an instant classic for acapella vocal groups!

Anybody who's anybody is speaking out on Caitlyn Jenner!

On Monday, Don Felder, the father of Caitlyn's daughter-in-law, Leah Jenner, spoke out on how he feels about his long time friend's transition into a woman. Considering the two will be new grandparents any day now, we can understand why Cait is on his mind more than ever!

The singer revealed:

"You know, I've known Bruce for decades. I've loved him as a guy, as an athlete, to play golf with, he's just a really great man. Or woman. I don't care what his appearance looks like — I know what's inside. And however he wants to present himself, I'm more than happy to support him, as well as the whole family is as well."

We're glad the rocker is supportive of Jenner — all he needs to do now is get used to the pronoun switch! And we agree, Don, it's what's on the inside that counts!

Felder elaborated on their future as co-grandparents:

"I don't have any problems with my grandchild growing up knowing him as Caitlyn — her as Caitlyn. So for me it's going to be difficult to stop saying him, and say her, but I'm certain I'll be able to handle it. We're really excited about Leah having her baby, and Brandon. And they are so much in love and so happy, you can see it in their pictures and photos! I'm certain whatever happens as far as grandkids is all going to be wonderful, so I'm supportive of it all."

Aww! So precious! We can't wait to see these two chillin' with the Brandon and Leah's baby girl!

We bet Caitlyn appreciates your support, Don!

Bullying Victim Gets A Surprise On The View

What a brave kid young man!

On Thursday, The View had 13-year-old bulling victim Nadin Khoury as a guest.

Nadin suffered through what cops in Philadelphia called "the most heinous case of bullying ever seen."

This included being beaten, dragged through the snow, and hung by a 7-foot spiked poll (that could have killed him) - all while one of the little bastards mean boys captured it on video!

Nadin told the ladies of The View he wanted to share his story to encourage other kids who are being bullied around the country.

At the end of the interview, Nadin was surprised by Philadelphia Eagles DeSean Jackson, Todd Herremans, and Jamaal Jackson, who all rearranged their schedules to meet Nadin.

Warning: This video is rated E - for Extreme Make-Over: Home Edition-like emotional reaction.
