Here's what we know:
Judging by Twitter and Facebook, you Losties are pretty divided of the events that made up the Lost series finale. If nothing else, we guess you can all agree that it was a pretty epic evening of television.
But what the hell exactly happened???

As a fan, you probably have a lot of questions that you were hoping to get answers to last night. That didn't really pan out, as we understand it, but here is what we do know:
Lost, at it's core, is about love. The love these characters had for one another created a post-death limbo you Lostie's have been calling side-ways reality. That's right, post-death.
What we end up learning in the final moments of the show is that each of the characters have all lived…and died. Some in previous seasons, others living longer lives well beyond their time on the island.
But in fact, the island did exist and these characters did live there. The remaining survivors faced off against the Smoke Monster and defeated him. Jack, in his final act, saved the island from being destroyed and being sent to the bottom of the ocean. He handed over this leadership of the island to Hurley, who protected the place with Ben at his side. Kate, Sawyer, Claire and the gang made it off the island and back to real life.
And then, Jack died…
But when he died, he was able to cross-over to this side-ways reality. Here, all of his friends, who had been waiting for one another, all began to remember their previous island lives. Once they all did, they gathered together for a mass funeral service and proceeded into the light. Yes, that same light that is in the little cave on the island.
Make sense?
No?
Yeah, we don't really get it either…
But what were your thoughts on the finale of Lost?
