In May, NBC announced they had cancelled the DC Comic series Constantine — which followed a smoking hot demon hunter played by Matt Ryan — after a single 13-episode run.

In the wake of the announcement, executive producer Daniel Cerone gave hope that the show could see life on another network. Unfortunately, the search for a new home didn't end well.

On Sunday, Cerone posted the following message on his Twitter of the show's untimely death:

Nina Dobrev Is Officially Leaving The Vampire Diaries… But Will The Show Go On Without Her!?

Oh no!!!

Even though shows like Jane the Virgin and The Flash are putting The CW on the map, things aren't looking great for every series on the network.

That's because Nina Dobrev just announced that she's going to be leaving The Vampire Diaries after this season!

The 26-year-old actress has been with the show for six years AND met Ian Somerhalder through it, so this is pretty shocking to us.

Everything's coming up Ciara!

You may not know her yet, but Ciara Renée is about to be huge.

Not only has the actress already starred on Broadway in Pippin and Big Fish, but she also just got cast in the anticipated Greg Berlanti superhero project!

Ciara will portray Hawkgirl in the Arrow and Flash spinoff which already pulled most of its cast from the two CW TV shows.

The CW can do no wrong!

After The Flash's record-breaking premiere at the start of the 2014-2015 season, it's no surprise that the CBS and Warner Bros. network is interested in fleshing out its DC Comics Universe.

According to a new report, the people behind Arrow, Supergirl, and The Flash are already working on a fourth superhero series… but we think this one is going to be the best yet!

That's because the untitled project is said to have a cast consisting of characters from both Starling City and Central City!
