"It was like six girls, one cup, but not even one of them got a cup! They should at least get an award!"

Although that was host Russell Brand's last minute plea for Kristen Wiig and Bridesmaids before Kristen Stewart and Chris Hemsworth presented the MTV Movie Award for Best Female Performance, it was Jennifer Lawrence who took home the Golden Popcorn…all the way from Prague!

Of course, the fantastic actress was unavailable to accept in person because she is filming a new project on-location, but gave a lovely speech via video feed!

Congrats, gurl! You RAWK OUR LIFE.

India Cancels Release Of The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo

india-cancels-release-of-the-girl-with-the-dragon-tattoo.jpg

This is sure to hurt the international sales of The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo.

India's local Censor Board has deemed the film "unsuitable for public viewing" and therefore, has canceled the release of the film.

Director David Fincher refused to make any edits to his R-rated film and with full-frontal female nudity, a lesbian kiss, and of course, a graphic rape and torture scene, India is basically saying GTFO.

Sony confirmed the news by releasing the following statement:

"Sony Pictures will not be releasing The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo in India. The Censor Board has adjudged the film unsuitable for public viewing in its unaltered form and, while we are committed to maintaining and protecting the vision of the director, we will, as always, respect the guidelines set by the Board.

Way harsh.

Do U agree with India's decision? Should Fincher have made the cuts??
