Matt Lauer wins…because he ALWAYS gets what he wants.

The daytime TV host and mega-millionaire has won the right to build a horse ranch on his new property in The Hamptons.

Lauer dropped 3.5 million clams on his property and he plans on building luxury stables for up to 30 horses!

The Today Show's Matt Lauer is going to build a state-of-the-art, multi-million dollar horse farm in the Hamptons.

The 47.5-acre property near his $15 million mansion was bought for less than it's $10.5 million asking price.

Way to negotiate!

The horse farm is said to include an indoor arena, jumping rings, a farm house and a "magnificent" horse haven.

He and his wife are serious horse enthusiasts so we're sure it'll be a happy, friendly and clean place for pampered horses to live out their lives.

ASkars was spotted flirting up a bevy of women while partying in the Hamptons over the Labor Day weekend.

Laying back and drinking some Coronas at the Surf Lodge in Montauk late Sunday Night, Senor Skarsgard was even approached by one brunette who asked, him, "How does it feel to be the sexiest man alive?" Being the sweet and humble guy that he is, ASkars responded with, "I am?"

UM. YES. YOU. ARE.

Afterwards, he locked eyes with another brunette (we're liking the direction you're going, ASkars - brunettes are way better than blondes!!) who just happened to be Alexandra Keating, the daughter of the Prime Minister of Australia.

Ooooh la la, someone's getting fancy!

It's cool, ASkars. You do your single guy thing for a while and we'll just be here waiting for you when you finally come to your senses.
