We're glad to hear it. This was getting ug-ly!

To recap - back in September, a stuntman on the Hangover Part II set suffered brain injuries when a stunt went wrong, and as a result he filed a lawsuit against Warner Bros for negligence.

Then in October, a man claimed the studio stole the story for The Hangover Part II from his "Asian adventures." Ugh.

Now, WB has officially resolved everything, and we're hearing

Wow - this is going to crazier than those blacked out bikinis they put on Elizabeth Berkley on the TV version of Showgirls!

After tattoo artist S. Victor Whitmill sued Warner Brothers over ripping off the usage the tribal face ink that he inscribed on Mike Tyson back in 2003 on Ed Helms' character in The Hangover, Part 2, the judge thankfully refused to block the movie's release.

However, in order to prevent anymore legal drama, the studio has now filed new docs asserting that the intend to go in and digitally alter the tattoo's design for the DVD release of the flick!

They claim:

"Warner Bros. does not intend to make any use of the allegedly infringing tattoo after the film ends its run in the theaters because Warner Bros. will digitally alter the film to substitute a different tattoo on Ed Helms’s face."

Wow! We imagine that is going to cost them a pretty penny!

But not as much as another potential lawsuit could have cost them, especially given their massive box office profits, so we suppose it's a win-win!

We wonder what the new design is going to look like though!

So much for tattoo-gate!

When The Hangover, Part II is released this upcoming, Memorial Day weekend, the flick is reportedly expected to make more than $100 million - and possibly up to $120 million - at the domestic box office, which would make it the first R-rated film to do so!

Holy shiz! That's seriously impressive!

Here's hoping that it can live up to the hype and be just as HIGHlarious as the original!

We guess this went into production with a 'if it ain't broke, why fix it?' mentality!

Sources close to the production of The Hangover Part II have confirmed - to the surprise of no one - that the basic plot of the sequel will be pretty much the same as the first one, only with a different location - and character getting married!

Expect the gang - and somehow Ken Jeong and Mike Tyson - to be jetting off to Thailand to celebrate Ed Helms' character's upcoming wedding, this time to Jamie Chung!

Boo! We're sure the new girl will be lovely, but we want Heather Graham back!

Insiders say:

"It's exactly the same. But it won't be anything like that horrible Abu Dhabi trip in the Sex and the City sequel. This will be funny."

Meow! LOLz!

Of course, the details on the post-bachelor party blackout are under wraps, but we are hearing that one of the guys (we're placing our bets on Bradley Cooper) will be getting a tattoo from Mel Gibson Liam Neeson, while another (we're betting Zach Galifianakis) will be having an encounter with one of the country's infamous tranny hookers!

Hopefully this won't just be a re-hasing of the original, we would like to see a little bit of originality!

But for now we'll have to remain cautiously optimistic!
