Sure sounds boring nice!

While many people in El Lay are clamouring to get a little TV time, one person is finally getting to enjoying life like the rest of us.

By that we mean doing boring chores and errands.

Lauren Conrad famously starred on Laguna Beach and The Hills, but she didn't get it all until filming stopped.

Now, she’s almost like one of us! Just with tons and tons and tons of money.

Apparently there is no replacing The Hills because Audrina Patridge thinks it needs to return to TV.

And just when you thought you were free!

Audrina revealed to Ryan Seacrest that fans might get one more chance to zone out with their favorite El Lay crew. She spilled the news:

Madonna wants to sell you her massive Beverly Hills mansion for only a $1!! Of course, this would include a hefty "Madonna Fee" for around $22.5 million. You understand.

LOLz!

It's true, Madonna just listed the house she's lived in for over a decade in the Hills for a hefty sum, but it's worth it once you see the nine plush bedrooms, two guesthouses, the indoor gym and the huge screening room. The French country-style house has over 17,000 square feet and also has an infinity pool and tennis court.

Too bad that $1 thing isn't real — we'd snatch it up!

What's weird about this is that she JUST listed her home in NYC for $23.5 million in November! Either she's just looking for something fresh, or she really is moving overseas!

Jason Wahler may no longer be making the big bucks for making Lauren Conrad cry on The Hills, but he actually seems happy to put his reality TV days behind him.

The bad boy is sober and engaged!

Jason proposed to model Ashley Slack after a bumpy ride in his personal life that involved six alcohol-related arrests and a stint on VH1’s Celebrity Rehab in 2010 which eventually worked for him.

The now-sober Laguna Beach star might be one former reality TV star who has it together.

Color us effing shocked!

At the very least, he's pretty in love as he commented about his bride-to-be:

Even though Kristin Cavallari is ready for more children, she's NOT in any rush to get wifed up!!

The Hills starlet has been on and off engaged to her baby's daddy and Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler since 2011, but she's not even sweating marriage.
