Sorry Marvel fans! You're favorite
jolly angry green giant won't be roid ragin' in his own movie anytime soon.
Despite audiences' favorable reaction to the Hulk in Marvel's upcoming release, The Avengers, the studio is not giving him any more love.
Other than appearing in The Avengers 2, the Hulk will NOT be getting another solo outing in the multiplex.
When asked if the suits in charge of the big green hero's fate would be giving him another shot, Marvel Studios president, Kevin Feige, told sources:

Mark Ruffalo sat down with MTV News to talk about his role as the Incredible Hulk in the upcoming Avengers movie, but more specifically what role the Hulk will have in this epic pairing of superheroes!
Sounds like Dr. Bruce Banner and Black Widow may develop some romantic feelings for each other, while he buddies up with Tony Stark.
It also sounds like whatever relationships he develops as Bruce may be strained once he morphs into the Hulk, as the actor shared with Jimmy Kimmel during an appearance on his show:
"He's like the teammate none of them are sure they want on their team. He's a loose cannon. It's like, 'Just throw a grenade in the middle of the group and let's hope it turns out well!"
Check out the interview above for more details on the Hulk's dynamic with the rest of the Avengers crew.
Are U liking the approach the film is taking with this classic Marvel character?

It's moving from the silver screen to the boob tube!
ABC is picking up a live action TV series based on The Incredible Hulk. It is unknown whether there will be any continuity between the show, 2003's Hulk and the upcoming Avengers flick.
If that wasn't enough, Cloak and Dagger (aka Tyrone Johnson and Tandy Bowen) is also a candidate for ABC Family. They first appeared 1982's The Spectacular Spider-Man #64 as two runaways who become victims of a criminal heroin dealer. He experiments on them and they wake up with mutant powers.
Wowsa! Will U watch superheroes on TV?!

We're pumped for superheroes coming to TV!
After Marvel was acquired by Disney last year for $4 billion, they've started a push to TV with the launch of Marvel Television.
Their first superhero show is on the way, which is a live-action version of The Incredible Hulk.
As far as Hulk progress is concerned, they're currently searching for a writer. Assuming all goes according to plan, the rumors going around are that the show may hit the small screen mid-summer.
In other superhero-tv-related-news, Warner Bros. TV and DC Comics are working on a Wonder Woman series, being developed by David E. Kelley.
Both shows sound awesome! We'll def be curious to hear who they cast as the Hulk.
Are U excited for superheroes to hit the small screen?
