'I Started Crying': Salma Hayek Explains Why She Almost DIDN'T Come Forward With Her Harvey Weinstein Story

no title

Salma Hayek has been one of the empowering voices behind the #MeToo movement since detailing the abuse she endured from Harvey Weinstein in a piece for The New York Times.

As we reported, the actress claimed Weinstein threatened to kill her after she refused his advances and was emotionally abusive during the filming of the 2002 biopic Frida.

It was an emotional piece for Hayek to scribe — so emotional, she almost didn't write it!

The Beatriz at Dinner star opened up to Oprah Winfrey about the conflict she felt sharing the story during Wednesday's taping of SuperSoul Conversations. She said at the Apollo Theatre in New York City:

"[Harvey] told me he wanted to kill me. He said to [Frida director] Julie Taymor, 'I am going to break the kneecaps of that ‘c-word.'"

The 51-year-old is one of the latest celebs to come forward with a story about the disgraced movie mogul's unwanted behavior and bullish advances. Though sharing her truth was much harder than she anticipated.

Hayek admitted she initially backed out of penning the piece when The Times came to her months ago, because she broke down every time she tried to put pen to paper. She explained:

Late Night Hosts Are REALLY Upset They Didn't Win Any Of Donald Trump's Fake News Awards — See The Reactions!

no title

Donald Trump's Fake News Awards had everyone talking this awards season — would POTUS be handing out the awards himself? Would Melania Trump arrive on the red carpet in all white? Would Roseanne Barr be singing the National Anthem?

Sadly, these questions only reminded us to NEVER over-hype anything President Shithole says. Because the FAKIES turned out to be nothing more than a lame GOP listacle. Boo!

Trump tweeted out the "winners" on Wednesday, which included The New York Times' Paul Krugman for his prediction that stock markets wouldn't recover from Trump's election. Yes, a false prediction apparently counts as fake news if it comes from The Times.

The "winners" got more embarrassing from there. CNN won for "FALSELY editing a video to make it appear President Trump defiantly overfed fish during a visit with the Japanese prime minister. Japanese prime minister actually led the way with the feeding." We wish we were making this up…

And the final "winner" on the list was, as Trump put it, "RUSSIA COLLUSION!… THERE IS NO COLLUSION!" We guess every media outlet gets to share that one?

As some publications celebrated their "win," the snubbed contenders put on their gracious loser faces; specifically, the vociferous hosts of late night. Check out the clips and tweets (below) to see late night's reaction to the FAKIES!

Most of the "fake news" Donald Trump has been attacking lately is factual errors in reporting on the Russia scandal and ongoing Mueller investigation.

Even if those stories are quickly corrected, any mistakes serve as fuel for Drumpf's war against the press.

But don't forget that the President is a very small man, and this fight comes first and foremost from a fear of people not taking him seriously.

Video: Watch Trump Creeps On A Woman In Vintage Commercial Footage!

After all, the more people actually learn about him, the worse he looks. That's the problem with being an awful, crooked simpleton.

So it's no wonder Trump had a meltdown in response to a mind-blowing profile in The New York Times this weekend, which revealed he consistently watches 4-8 hours of TV and drinks "a dozen Diet Cokes" every day.

See some of the most shocking excerpts AND Dumb Donald's response (below)!

Megyn Kelly SLAMS Fox News & Bill O'Reilly's Sexual Harassment Mess By Revealing SHE COMPLAINED About Him To Network Heads! Watch!

no title

We're kind of warming up to Megyn Kelly on daytime TV — especially when she uses her time slot to rip apart her old network!

That's just what the former Fox News host did on Monday's TODAY when speaking on Bill O'Reilly's latest reported sexual harassment settlement.

O'Reilly responded to the The New York Times' story by saying that the report — which revealed he paid $32 million to settle a sexual harassment claim with Fox News legal analyst Lis Wiehl — had "maliciously smeared him." He also claimed that no woman ever went to HR or complained about his behavior.

Well, Kelly is calling bullshit on O'Reilly's rebuttal — because she's saying SHE complained about the anchor's behavior towards women to the co-presidents of the network!

The Megyn Kelly Today host, who worked at Fox News from 2004 until January this year, said she wrote an email to co-presidents Bill Shine and Jack Abernethy in November 2016 about O'Reilly's treatment of women.

That day, Kelly's memoir Settle for More had been released, which included a chapter in which Kelly accuses former network CEO Roger Ailes of sexually harassing her. When asked about the book in an interview with CBS News, O'Reilly got defensive and said he wasn't interested in
