Real World's Puck (aka David Rainey) will NOT be thrown in the slammer despite accusations that he beat up his live-in girlfriend AND THEN snatched the phone when she tried to call 9-1-1 for help.
While the hot-tempered former reality star was facing up to one year behind bars after allegedly bashing and bruising his GF back in July, his plea deal will keep him out of jail for the criminal case.
Even though Puck pled guilty to misdemeanors for domestic violence and dissuading a witness, he was sentenced to 3 years probation and ordered to attend a 1-year domestic violence program.
Evidently the judge thought the 15 days he spent in jail were enough, but we're not so sure!
Seeing as the guy had a similar incident in 2011 for felony domestic violence AND served time in 2012 for stalking a woman, it's prrettty clear he has yet to learn how to treat the ladies properly.
Let's just hope his GF is now his ex because we'd rather not hear about anymore brawls!
