Oh, you fancy now, huh?
Ha!
The Situation got all dressed up to shoot new ads for his line of FLOW Formal tuxedos.
We're used to seeing Sitch wear close to nothing - since he's usually showing off his abs around the Shore - but we have to say, he sure cleans up nicely!
The reality star tweeted out the above pic and some more (below) of him showing off some handsome suits. He sure seemed happy to be posing with the ladies!
But, they're pretty lucky too! It's not every day you get to model with MTV's highest paid (former) partier!

The Situation has decided to file NEW legal docs against Abercrombie & Fitch over their GTL-themed apparel.
He now wants a whopping $10 million from the retail chain, which a judge is set to decide on during his next court date, June 14.
There's only on little problem

Abercrombie & Fitch is asking a judge to dismiss The Situation's lawsuit against them because he has no right to do so.
In case you forgot, the Sitch is suing the preppy retailer for infringing on the GTL and the Situation trademarks. But according to A&F, Mike only applied for the trademarks, therefore he doesn't own them.
Abercrombie also points out the "Gym, Tan, Laundry" application was suspended because MTV already owned "Gym, Tanning, Laundry" and the US Patent & Trademark Office thought they were too similar.
AND even without the trademarks, A&F claims their "Fitchuation" and "GTL" tees are still fair game because they are protected under a law that allows parody as part of free speech.
Inneresting counters.
Whose side are U on???

The Situation is giving a whole new meaning to GTL : gym, tan, LAWSUIT.
The Jersey Shore star is finally taking legal action against the Abercrombie & Fitch after they publicly offered him money to NOT wear their clothes earlier this year.
According to the suit filed in Florida, Sitch claims A&F "infringed on the GTL and the Situation trademarks" through their lame publicity stunt and by selling shirt with the words "The Fitchuation" and "GTL…You Know The Deal" printed on them.
Mike is seeking at least $4 million in damages.
Ouch. Maybe next time Abercrombie will keep their mouths shut.

And so the war escalates!
In light of Abercrombie & Fitch issuing a press release last month claiming that they had offered The Situation a 'substantial' amount of money to stop wearing their clothes, the Jersey Shore star has not only claimed that he hasn't seen any offer, but has now had his lawyers send the company a cease-and-desist letter for what he claims to be an infringement on his legal copyright by printing several of his slogans - including The Fitchuation and GTL Fitch - on their t-shirts!
According to the letter:
"We doubt that you could provide a valid reason why you used these specific designs, except to create a (false) association with our client's goodwill."
Hey! We can't help but agree!
Seems pretty tasteless to condemn his antics to the extent that they don't want him to wear their clothes, and then go ahead and cash in on his popularity by ripping off his slogans!
We can't see how they intend to argue their way around this one!

Porno head honcho Larry Flynt knows a good situation when he sees one and that's exactly why he's offering Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino to be Hustler's clotheshorse.
Like Abercrombie & Fitch, the XXX company made their offer via press release saying they'd "pay Mr. Sorrentino to wear their clothing so that he can stay well dressed."
So let us get this straight. First A&F offers him ca$$$h to avoid their clothes like the plague and now Hustler says they'll pay The Situation to do the exact opposite!?
What is this the Twilight Zone?

MTV is calling out Abercrombie & Fitch for publicly offering The Situation money to not wear their clothes.
A rep for the network said:
"It's a clever PR stunt and we'd love to work with them on other ways they can leverage Jersey Shore to reach the largest youth audience on television."
We're not so sure we'd call it a "clever" move when they previously sold "The Fitchuation" t-shirts and are still selling "GTL" tees.
To further prove our point, A&F's stock dropped nearly 10% on Wednesday. Yeah buddy!
What do U think? Is Abercrombie being hypocritical???
