We were VERY worried after we heard Kelly Osbourne suffered a seizure during last Thursday's taping of Fashion Police…

But that was obviously NOTHING compared to what her sweet Momma Sharon Osbourne must have felt!

And even though doctors reportedly believe Kelly MIGHT have epilepsy, Sharon — as per usual — is keeping completely positive about the whole situation, AND got rather cheeky about it on The Talk!

CBS announced that they are renewing The Talk for their 2013-2014 season! Hooray!

But hey, who could doubt it? The ladies have been talking up a storm lately- their ratings were up 11% this year!

CBS decided the price was also right for The Price Is Right, their long-running retail-related game show!

In fact, the network decided to keep all their fans happy and just renew the whole darn day! CBS Entertainment president Nina Tassler says:
