We call it a cheap ploy for attention, but whatever. We still got the Tiffany Greene Face out of it!

As you've no doubt heard, last night at the BET Awards, contest winner Tiffany Greene announced the wrong winner for the fan-voted Coca-Cola Viewers' Choice Award. That onto itself is embarrassing, but what made it worse was that she called Chris Brown the victor, then she quickly corrected herself to call Rihanna the winner!

Hence a lot of booing! (Watch the video above!)

Stephen Hill, BET's president of music programming and specials, tried to diffuse the scandal this morning by taking the blame onto himself. He took to his Twitter and said:

This is sooo all kinds of embarrassing!

So, this chick Tiffany Greene won the esteemed honor of announcing the winner of the Viewer's Choice Award at the BET Awards last night. Either there was some technical difficulty or she was really just eager for some 15 minutes, because not only does she announce the wrong winner, she announces it twice!

P.S. - After a commercial break, it was confirmed that Chris Brown was indeed the winner for "Look at Me Now." Thought we'd clear that up for ya!
