Yes! We are in DIRE need of some new tunes from these lovely ladies!
The Veronicas have remained pretty quiet on the music front for the past five years since 2007's Hook Me Up, and although they teased new material coming soon back in March, we now have word on their upcoming third album, Life On Mars, due out in September!
And they've got one pretty BADASS collaborator for the new tunes!
For anyone who missed Perez Hilton's One Night In Los Angeles this past Saturday, we're sorry, because it was AMAZING!
Not only did we get to see awesome acts take the stage like Gavin DeGraw, Michelle Branch, Demi Lovato, and Busta Rhymes, but all proceeds benefited an awesome cause!
If you missed your chance to attend the event and donate to GLSEN, the Gay, Lesbian, & Straight Education Network, here's another opportunity!
Popchips, who provided the low-cal snack of the evening, is auctioning off a black Fender CD-60 acoustic guitar signed by EVERY celebrity in attendance to raise MORE money for the charity!
That means everyone we mentioned above, plus The Veronicas, JoJo, WISH, All American Rejects, Shiny Toy Guns, Doc Hollywood, AJ of The Backstreet Boys, Jessica Sutta of The Pussy Cat Dolls, Willa Ford, Lil Twist of Young Money, Kim Cole, Far East Movement and Pete Wentz!
Maybe some of their music magic rubbed off on the guitar and this could be the start of your own musical journey to playing at Perez's next big show. Ha! We'll dream for you!
Click here to make a bid an awesome piece of music memorabilia! Good luck!
The Veronicas are back, gearing up for the release of their new album AND performing at our One Night In… Los Angeles party this weekend!
Two of our favorite Aussies, the girls are joining a stellar lineup that includes Gavin DeGraw, Busta Rhymes and some really cool surprises!
The Veronicas will be playing some new songs, like the exquisite Let Me Out, which we posted about recently, as well as their hits, like Untouched (above).
And, what we're especially excited about is that all this great music at our party will also benefit a really great cause!
100% of all money raised from ticket sales is going directly to one of our favorite charities, GLSEN, the Gay Lesbian & Straight Education Network.
Yes, for the first time ever, we are selling tickets to one of our "One Night In" events! That means you will be guaranteed admission to see The Veronicas, Rhymes, DeGraw and all the other amazing artists and surprises!
Zayn Malik has broken his silence and is talking ... a lot!
In an interview with Dan Wooten of The Sun, the former One Direction member -- who quit on Wednesday -- says there was no fallout with his four other bandmates.
"It is crazy and wild and a bit mad. But at the same time, I've never felt more in control in my life. And I feel like I'm doing what's right -- right by myself and right by the boys -- so I feel good."
In fact, Zayn says he struggled with his decision, mostly because he knew what impact it would have on the millions of 1D fans:
You know, I did try to do something that I wasn't happy doing for a while, for the sake of maybe other people's happiness. And that was mainly the fans. I only ever tried to do it for the fans, and it was only ever for them.
And basically, I'm only upset cause I feel like I may have let them down in some sort of way."
Zayn even addressed his relationship with Perrie Edwards. Their heavily scrutinized relationship was rumored to be one reason why he quit. He told The Sun that his fiancee was "very supportive" and called her "a great girl."
