Hollywood may never wash itself of the prolific jizz stain that is Harvey Weinstein.

The disgraced producer may be on the way out of his own company, but he isn't planning on leaving tinseltown for good. In fact, the alleged serial assaulter thinks industry creatives will seek him out once this pesky scandal blows over!

If that doesn't showcase his persistence, Harvey is also refusing to give up on his future with The Weinstein Company — despite being fired from his position earlier this month.

The movie mogul is set for a Tuesday morning conference call with the Board of Directors to make the case that he was illegally fired and has a right to take back control. His lawyer Patty Glaser will be in the NYC meeting with the Board while Weinstein will be calling in via speakerphone.

TMZ sources say the pervy producer knows he's "momentarily toxic," but thinks writers, directors, and actors will seek him out again once things cool down. Due to his award-winning track record, the industry vet believes that TWC wouldn't exist if it wasn't for him.

But even outside of TWC, the producer believes he can easily return to making movies somewhere else. One insider explained:

Last week, The Weinstein Company assured investors it was NOT shutting down after being hit by the explosive sexual assault scandal of co-founder Harvey Weinstein.

Well, it looks like it might be curtains for the company after all!

On Monday, it was announced that not only will Colony Capital invest in TWC, but TWC is also negotiating with Colony about the possible sale of "all or a significant portion" of its assets.

In a statement, TWC board member Tarak Ben Ammar said the film production house believes Colony's "sponsorship" will "help stabilize the Company's current operations."

Interestingly enough, the private equity real estate trust is headed by billionaire Tom Barrack, who is also known for being one of Donald Trump's closest friends.

Barrack, who headed Trump's inaugural committee, said the film studio has "substantial value and growth potential," adding:

Wow — Bob Weinstein is NOT holding back.

The younger brother (pictured above, left) of now-disgraced film executive Harvey Weinstein, Bob just came out with a very long interview with THR, and he's speaking out very, very strongly against all the sexual harassment that has now come out public.

…or so they say!

Amid Harvey Weinstein's sexual harassment scandal and termination, The Weinstein Company is NOT closing its doors in response to the controversy.

On Friday, TWC co-CEO Bob Weinstein released the following statement denying rumors, and says business "moves ahead" despite Harvey's exit!

"Our banks, partners and shareholders are fully supportive of our company and it is untrue that the company or board is exploring a sale or shutdown of the company. Polaroid is moving forward as planned with a release date of November 22 followed by Paddington 2 on January 12. The first Paddington grossed over $75 million and we expect even greater success for Paddington 2. Test screening scores are through the roof. War with Grandpa starring Robert De Niro is scheduled for February 23, 2018. Business is continuing as usual as the company moves ahead."

Interesting enough, all of these titles are releases from TWC's genre division Dimension Films.

Whatever you say, dude…
