Bill Cosby's wife — Camille Cosby — is keeping her mouth shut.

As we reported on Wednesday, the comedian was booked for one charge of aggravated indecent assault against Andrea Constand at his Philadelphia home in 2004.

On the same exact day he was arraigned, The Cosby Show actor's spouse filed legal documents — obtained by Daily Mail Online — that would prevent her from having to testify!

What exactly do prosecutors want from the female philanthropist?

Prior to this event, the 71-year-old was accused by seven of Cosby's alleged victims– Tamara Green, Therese Serignese, Linda Traitz, Louisa Moritz, Barbara Bowman, Joan Tarshis, and Angela Leslie — of possibly providing her husband prescription sedatives that he used during the attacks.

The counsel for these women also want to grill Camille on whether or not she knew about the stand-up's infidelity.

Not only does she deny ever obtaining or providing said drugs, going under oath against Bill would violate the Massachusetts' spousal disqualification rule. Essentially, this law states that a husband and wife don't have to testify against each other, or share information from private conversations.

Miz Cosby also claims she had no first-hand knowledge of these alleged affairs, nor did she ever see them. Bill has counter-sued these seven women, claiming they are fabricating their stories.

We just hope justice is brought down on anyone who breaks the law!

The drama continues.

This legal battle just got a lot messier.

For months, accuser after accuser has come forward, claiming Bill Cosby sexually assaulted them. As the number of alleged victims has grown, more and more of these women have joined forces in a defamation lawsuit against the actor.

Last year, Tamara Green first filed the complaint in Massachusetts, and since then Barbara Bowman, Joan Tarshis, Louisa Moritz, Angela Leslie, Linda Joy Traitz, and Therese Serignese have joined the suit.

But now, the scandalized star is firing back.

Bill Cosby Replaces His Lawyer Amid Sexual Assault Scandal

Bill kicked Martin Singer to the curb!

It seems as though Bill Cosby wasn't happy with his legal representation.

The scandalized actor has fired his high-profile lawyer Martin Singer, not long after the 78-year-old was deposed for a sexual assault case filed by Judy Huth.

In the lawsuit, she alleges that in 1974 the comedian forced her to perform a "sex act" on him at the Playboy Mansion without her permission. At the time, she was only 15.

Although we have to wait until December for a judge to decide if the transcript will be sealed or accessible to the public, Judy's lawyer Gloria Allred has made it clear that she intends to interview the actor under oath again!

Meanwhile, he could also be deposed in his suit with Janice Dickinson!

Plus, the Cosby Show star is also facing a defamation lawsuit filed by Tamara Green, Therese Serignese, and Linda Traitz.

Considering he's dropped his attorney in the midst of these ongoing legal battles, it could mean things weren't going his way regarding these cases.

Bill has replaced his long-time lawyer with the firm Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, which is the largest legal establishment in the world specializing in business litigation and arbitration.

It will be interesting to see how his cases go, now that he's under new representation.
