A three-year-old girl was left devastated after her letter to Santa Claus was returned by Ireland's national postal service.
But when her father Alan Campbell, a Dublin publican, complained about the returned letter online — they promptly offered to make amends!
The postal service claims they replied to 140,000 letters that were marked to Santa Claus, and they have no idea why this letter was returned to this girl with a sticker that read "insufficient address," but they offered to send a "very special letter" to the little girl to make it up to her.
That offer was politely denied, however, by the Campbell family since they already got everything for the little girl that she had asked Santa for in the letter.
