This is fab news!

Tila Tequila is reportedly doing well after rehab — which is great, because she was in rough shape when she went in.

She was dealing with drug addiction AND an eating disorder, so it obviously a hard month-long program in a Florida rehab center for her.

Especially since she was hospitalized following a reported brain aneurysm and drug overdose that nearly killed her!

People even say the overdose wasn't accidental — so we're glad she was convinced to get help!

Apparently she's even back to her original weight, says a source:

"Tila is a really small girl to begin with so she usually weighs around 100 pounds, but at the height of her sickness she was down to around 75 pounds. She began to realize she had a problem when she started to see her bones protruding from her body. It really scared her. It's still an everyday battle for [Tila], but at least she's sober and healthy."

We're SO glad!

Addiction is a terrible affliction, and we wouldn't wish it on anyone.

We hope she stays strong through the hard times ahead!

After that horrifying suicide scare, Tila has worked through her issues at a lovely counseling center.

The itsy bitsy model endured thirty days of intense therapy for her drug and psychological problems, but she's all better now!

After her hospital scare, Tila Tequila has taken the hint from her friends.

Tila's love ones staged a small intervention, urging the pint sized model to go to rehab and she has agreed with them. She was hospitalized for a week after overdosing on meds after suffering a brain aneurysm.

Tila will seek treatment for substance abuse while in rehab and she wants to find help for her psychological issues as well.

Tila Tequila was hospitalized for a week after she suffered a brain aneurysm. The tiny model dropped from 100lbs to 78lbs and was on the brink of death!

A source says Tila suffered her aneurysm in the middle of the night, causing her to think irrationally. Things went south quickly when she took heavy doses of prescription drugs to try to soothe the pain.
