Well, well, well!

It looks as though that while Taylor Swift may have rung in 2013 by smooching Harry Styles on camera for the world to see - and One Direction Twitter fans to simultaneously meltdown over - the country cutie spent time earlier during the day with a DIFFERENT gentlemen entirely!

But don't worry, tweens!

No death threats against her necessary…because our darling Miz Swift was just catching up with her younger brother, Austin!

That's right, the delightful siblings enjoyed her pre-Times Square performance time in the Big Apple by grabbing dinner together, bundled up but all smiles as they stepped out of their hotel!

So sweet!

While it's always lovely to ring in the new year with your significant other, it's JUST as important to be surrounded by family members!

Glad you got to enjoy both for the start of 2013, gurl!

The Jersey Shore alum gave Times Square quite a view while hosting MTV's New Year's Eve special Monday night.

With her back turned to the glass, Jenni unintentionally flashed her freshly tanned ass to the packed crowd watching below MTV's New York City studio.

Thankfully, they didn't see ALL of JWoww's goodies because much to our surprise she was wearing panties underneath her short, sparkly dress.

To say New Year's Eve was rocking with stars is an understatement to say the least!

That's why it's called New Year's Rockin Eve, silly! LOLz!

In the first celebration without the beloved Dick Clark, Ryan Seacrest and Jenny McCarthy hosted the annual event in Times Square.

And the list of performers was PHENOMENAL!!!!

Led by Taylor Swift (when she wasn't kissing Harry Styles!), PSY (with new bestie MC Hammer), and Carly Rae Jepsen, stars came out from all over to help celebrate the new year as well pay tribute to the late Clark.

Even Mayor Bloomberg got into the action with Rockettes!!!!!!!
