Timothy Busfield, who was on The West Wing, was accused of sexually assaulting a woman in a movie theater.
Allegedly he had groped her breasts and genitals… when he thought a date was going better than it actually was. They began makin' out and he got a little handsy according to the reports.
Cops investigated and prosecutors declined to press any charges — because of lack of evidence.
Still, that doesn't mean he DIDN'T do it.

Former West Winger Timothy Busfield has a bit of an issue. According to his bank, he owes them $1.25 million dollars in mortgage payments.
Apparently, they've been very patient thus far, but now, they want their money and since they've given him so many chances to cough it up, they've now decided to get feisty.
