However, a good way to measure your hydration levels is by the color of your urine. A slight yellowish tint or lower towards clear is a good sign that you’re hydrated.

The word “natural” isn’t what you think it may be. Since the FDA doesn’t regulate the word, manufacturers can legally label foods as “all natural” when the product can be loaded with GMOs or contain genetically modified ingredients and be unlabeled. Please read your food labels.

If you’d like to make bench pressing more challenging, try putting your feet up on bench or raising them. This makes the exercise more challenging, but first master it with your feet on the ground before you progress to this. Skip the decline presses too, they are easier to perform and not as effective.

When lifting weights, training to failure isn’t necessary. Not only does it cause you to experience a mental burnout, your nervous system will be taxed for days after causing you to feel less inclined to hit the gym. Instead, stop 1-2 repetitions short of your maximum repetitions or when you think you can’t perform any more.
