The porn queen and legendary UFC fighter Tito Ortiz were in front of a judge recently, but this time their domestic quarrel wasn’t with each other!

They asked the courts to grant an emergency restraining order against Shana Burroughs, a friend of theirs who — according to the filed legal documents — stalks them, tempts them with Oxycodone, and then steals their valuables!

And she’s been doing this for FOUR YEARS!!!

The time has come for Charlie Sheen to man up!

The actor is apparently preparing to cop a plea deal in the court case regarding his Christmas day assault of wife Brooke Mueller.

And apparently, the Aspen D.A. was nice enough to come up with a variety of options as to how he can be punished!

According to sources, the options include pleading guilty to a misdemeanor and serving 30 days in jail. or pleading guilty and receiving two years probation instead.

Charlie could also receive a "deferred prosecution" where he'd need to comply with certain conditions and later have the charges expunged. Or he could also just go to trial and fight the charges while hoping for the best.

Sheen will appear in court to enter the plea deal and the conditions he chooses on June 7th.

Oh no! What happened???

Around 11:30 last night, an ambulance arrived at the home of Jenna Jameson. The medics were spotted rushing Jenna and one of her young sons with Tito Ortiz to this hospital. The pair were taken out of their O.C. home on a stretcher.

Sources aren't reporting what exactly happened, but we think we have a pretty good idea ourselves of what MIGHT have gone down…

Well it looks like he's going to move back in!

The restraining order that Jenna Jameson has against Tito Ortiz expires tonight at midnight and their supposed plan is to have Tito move back in this week.

We hope this is the right decision for Jenna and their family — be cautious, Jen!

Uh, oh!

Jenna Jameson and Tito Ortiz have taken everything back regarding their domestic violence case and Jenna explains that "everybody makes mistakes."

This was a pretty big mistake then with all of the media attention! Jenna says:

“I mean, everybody makes mistakes when it comes to a relationship and we both love each other and there’s no doubt about that, there’s no doubt about it. I don’t know why [he gave a press conference]. I think a lot of times when you’re in an altered state of mind, when you’re sad, just been arrested and lawyers and handlers and PR people get a hold of you, you end up just doing what they tell you to do.

"And he made a mistake. [The press conference] was a mistake and I made a lot of mistakes too because I said a lot of things in the heat of being upset and hurt and I just want it all to go away.”

Jenna is currently unable to communicate with Tito due to police restrictions, but she wants everything to go back to normal with her family. She explains

“I’m doing everything I can to save my family. I love my husband and I’m doing everything I can to keep my family together. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that Tito is not going to be marred by this. You know, things happen in relationships, but I know that I love him and I know what kind of man he is, I know what kind of father he is, and I don’t want to lose him.

“Yes [he’ll be able to come back home], and I’m going to do everything I can to protect my man and that’s the last thing I really want to say.”

We sincerely hope it was a misunderstanding and that she isn't actually going back to an abuser — things could only get worse from here!

WTF?? So they were both LYING??

Jenna Jameson is reportedly withdrawing the abuse allegations she made against her boyfriend, Tito Ortiz, claiming that it was a big misunderstanding!

Seriously??

She says:

"What actually happened has now been dramatically distorted and misinterpreted and remarks that both Tito and I made after the police arrived reflect the state of shock that we were both in."

Of course, now that she's proven that she's not a drug addict, Tito's tune is changing as well. He now is claiming that he found two oxycontin pills in Jenna's pants pockets that are apparently very old, and he jumped to conclusions about her using!

So how does this affect the domestic abuse charges??

This mess is getting so effing ridiculous! Either they're both pathological liars or she's going back to an abuser!
