In celebration of the late Michael Jackson, his kids let their freak flags fly on Monday!

All six of them!

That's right! Paris, Prince, and Blanket went rollercoasting and merry-go-rounding at Six Flags Great America in Illinois!

The kids were hanging with cousins and friends as the extended family gathers to celebrate Michael's 54th birthday!

New co-guardian TJ Jackson decided the fam should hit the rides while they wait for everyone to show up.

We like him already!

Sounds like the Jackson family can at least put ONE dramz-filled matter behind them for now!

Earlier this month, TJ Jackson had been granted co-guardianship of Michael Jackson’s kids, along with their grandma, Katherine Jackson.

While the shared guardianship was only temporary, it seems a judge has just ruled that TJ will now permanently be Paris, Prince and Blanket’s co-guardian.

While we think Katherine Jackson's recent treatment at an Arizona spa was slightly criminal, Michael Jackson's mother will not be pressing charges against anybody involved.

In other words, her kids. Whatever bad blood might've been there before, Katharine is taking the high road to get past it.

The Jackson family matriarch's attorney told sources:

Treating an 82-year-old woman this way is heartbreaking at best; criminally negligent at worst!!

Custody of Prince, Paris, and Blanket Jackson will now be jointly shared by their grandmother Katherine and their adult cousin TJ Jackson.

The joint-guardians came to terms earlier in the week on an arrangement earlier this week butit took until today for the court to give their consent.

The custody plan is considered mutually beneficial because it allows for TJ to handle the energy dependant day-to-day concerns of child raising while allowing their 82 year old grandmother Katherine to remain on as a familiar loving face and a stabilizing force.

Judge Mitchell Beckloff made the ruling after an intense investigation which included interviewing the children to gain their oft-overlooked perspective.
