Rehab is a good thing, we just wish people would realize they need it before someone gets hurt!
If the bassist from 3 Doors Down has done something substance-related that got him arrested, we'd say that rehab is a pretty damn good option — especially if that something means being charged with killing someone while driving under the influence. Which he did.
Nobody knows where he'll be spending his rehab time, but what we do know is that Todd Harrell is facing multiple charges, including vehicular homicide by intoxication. He was involved in a fatal interstate crash near Nashville last weekend and had numerous narcotics on him.
Here's what the band had to say:

Awful. There's nothing else than can be said about this.
3 Doors Down bassist Todd Harrell was arrested Friday night after he clipped a truck with his car speeding in Nashville, Tennessee, causing the other man's vehicle to strike a guardrail and flip over in an embankment. The driver was not wearing a seatbelt, and was pronounced dead at the hospital soon after.
After having difficulty in the field sobriety test, Harrell admitted to authorities

Oh, no!
3 Doors Down bassist Todd Harrell was arrested in southern Mississippi for driving under the influence.
Investigators say he barreled through an intersection Thursday night before plowing into a pick-up truck.
And here's the kicker…
HE WASN'T WEARING A SEATBELT!!
Come on, Todd!!
Drunk driving is idiotic and dangerous in the first place! You have no right to unnecessarily put other drivers' lives in danger!!
But drunk driving without wearing your seatbelt?
Unless you're looking to leave your friends and bandmates here without you, please start acting more responsibly behind the wheel!
The driver he ran into was taken to a nearby hospital after complaints of neck and back pain. Hope it's nothing serious!
