Speculation is HIGHlarious and fun, and it's super easy to guess what an upcoming science-fiction movie will be about — especially when Brad Bird and Disney are behind it, because anything's the limit!

Brad's upcoming Tomorrowland has been just as active in the rumor-mill department as the upcoming Star Wars, and all it took was on little box of old memorabilia labeled 1952, which was the original secret name for the movie. The box contained pictures of Walt Disney himself, which made people think it was going to be a biopic, while a copy of a 1928 issue of Amazing Stories magazine had others guessing at a possible Buck Rogers adaptation!

The real title, of course, is Tomorrowland — but that made people go even MORE nuts over the plot! Ideas swirled around George Clooney (who is attached to star) dealing with alien technology in a setting reminiscent of Disneyland's actual Tomorrowland park area.

Most recently, though, here's what one source is claiming they found as a plot synopsis:

George Clooney in Tomorrowland!?!

Now that's a Space Mountain pic we're DYING to see!!

Based on the futuristic realm of the Disney Parks, Disney is cooking up something extremely explosive with this new movie!!

To tease us with the upcoming space tale, a photo of unexplained artifacts was released last week (below), showcasing some space books, a small rocket nozzle, and various photos of Walt Disney.

But all is revealed now… IT'S GONNA BE A CLOONEY MOVIE!

Formerly known as 1952, the super secret project will be strung together by Incredibles director Brad Bird, Lost creator Damon Lindelof.

Oooo we love it so much!

Haunted Mansion wasn't exactly stellar, but Johnny Depp's Pirates of the Caribbean went above and beyond. So we've got high hopes for another film about a cherished part of the parks.

Now, for all you calendar keepers, Tomorrowland is due to fly into theaters Dec. 19, 2014… but we've got our fingers crossed for a red carpet premiere at Tomorrowland Terrace! Ha!

Is this one step closer to the Robot Insurrection? Maybe. Is it really, really cool? Definitely!

Check out the video (above) of a robot that traveled to a coffee shop and ordered a scone for its owner.

Looks like the owner set up a system so he could control the robot remotely, without ever having to leave the comfort of his own home!

This is awesome! It's like that video game The Sims, but in real life!

At first glance, this may seem like some sort of crazy, futuristic thing that you'd only find in Disney's Tomorrowland, but apparently, these are actually for sale!

Hmm…who wants to get us one for our b-day this year? Ha!

Disney is referring to their Magic Kingdom project as their version of The Avengers, but we're referring to it as AMAZING!

The studio is looking to make a film that could bring their other films together, kind of like a Night At The Museum type of film, but with Disney characters instead of Museum installations.

How awesome would it be to see Pirates of The Caribbean's Jack Sparrow swordfighting with Goofy on one of the uppermost towers of Cinderella's Castle?

The original version of the Magic Kingdom script was written by Battlestar Galactica creator Ronald D. Moore, but Disney is currently looking for another writer to continue work on the script.

At this point, we probably won't get to see this movie for a while, since Disney has a bunch of projects that they're looking to pursue first, including the upcoming Tron: Legacy release and Pirates of the Caribbean 4.

They're also working on film versions of other Disney rides, including Jungle Cruise, a Tomorrowland project, and a Haunted Mansion remake.
