The first step toward recovery is admitting you have a problem, and perhaps, FINALLY after all this time, Lindsay Lohan may be getting ready to do just that!

Well, maybe not entirely!

Sources close to the troubled starlet reveal that she truly thought she was in the clear after she completed the terms of her formal probation back in March, but has finally come around to reality and is said to be calling her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, repeatedly in tears because she knows her life is out of control!

Of course, to her detriment, she STILL is blaming her problems on being influenced by bad friends and provoked by "opportunists," all the while asserting that she doesn't have problems with drugs or alcohol!
