Pitbull and his Mom had a falling out when the music man was a teenager.

The crowd he was hanging around with prompted a kick in the ass from his mom.

Good for you, Elton! Somebody needed to say this to him.

In the new Rolling Stone which comes out on Friday, Elton John gets quite real with Billy Joel.

Here's what he says about Joel during an interview with the magazine:

"At the end of the day, he's coasting. I always say, 'Billy, can't you write another song?' It's either fear or laziness. It upsets me. Billy's a conundrum. We've had so many cancelled tours because of illnesses and various other things, alcoholism."

"He's going to hate me for this, but every time he goes to rehab they've been light. When I went to rehab, I had to clean the floors. He goes to rehab where they have TVs. I love you, Billy, and this is tough love. Billy, you have your demons and you're not going to get rid of them at rehab light. You've got to be serious. People adore you, they love you and respect you. You should be able to do something better than what you're doing now."

We couldn't agree more with everything you're saying, Elton!

It may be tough for Billy to hear, but it's all SO true.

Hopefully Joel will read this and give it some very serious thought.

Christie Brinkley is coming out about how she dealt with daughter Alexa Ray Joel's overdose scare.

She tells sources that she wanted to be compassionate to her daughter, but still tried to serve up some "tough love."

She says:

"Your job as a parent is to listen. And to dole out as much love as you can. That includes tough love. I told Alexa, 'You got yourself worked into such a tizzy. You need to examine that, you need to seek professional advice.' She tried to do something dramatic to prove to her boyfriend how much he hurt her. I think many people can relate to that excruciating pain of love gone wrong. I'd rather have a broken arm than a broken heart."

She also wants to make it clear that Alexa wasn't attempting suicide since she had only taken homeopathic aspirin. And even though she's still in therapy, Alexa is taking the time to focus on her career.

Homeopathic aspirin?? We're glad Alexa didn't take anything worse and got the help she needed!
