J. Lo Had Tracy Anderson's Help Training For Parker!

Jennifer Lopez Tracy Anderson Training Parker Tour

The whole world agrees: Daaaaamn, J. Lo! You look FAB!

LOLz!!

It's true though, Jennifer consistently looks b-o-m-b, and one of the reasons is that she's in ridiculous shape for her age (which isn't that old, but compare her to other 43 year olds and you know what we're saying!). She works at it, though, so there's no real hollywood magic behind how she looks in the upcoming Parker (and her upcoming tours!).

In fact, she enlisted one of the top celeb trainers around to make sure she was keepin' it tight: Tracy Anderson!

We think that's a fab idea, as both of them are mommies and understand what it's like to keep fit with all the extra stress of kids!

Here's Tracy's plan for keeping Jennifer where she needs to be:

63-Year-Old Woman Wins Powerlifting Gold!!

Not bad for your first competition, Ellen Bittner!!!

Ellen is a 63-year-old woman who was the average American: lazy, unhealthy, unhappy. She became part of a study about how lifestyle affect life expectancy, and she was SHOCKED to learn she was among the highest at risk for a slew of health problems like heart attacks and strokes. More importantly though, she was inspired to change.

And we hope she inspires you too!

Turns out, Bittner was REALLY GOOD at powerlifting, after her personal trainer came back from a competition raving about it, and asked her if she wanted to try it out. So they trained, and now she's taken home the gold in her first competition ever!

Check out her amazeballs story (above)! Go Ellen, goooooo!

Elizabeth Banks: 'Moms Shouldn't Be Expected To Bounce Back!'

Elizabeth Banks Baby Weight Bouncing Back Hollywood Mother Mommy

We've said this time and time again, but we'll say it one more time for the sake of this story — we TOTALLY agree that it shouldn't be expected of new mommies to bounce back to their original shape after they've had their kids!

If the mom wants to work at it, that's cool, but if it's something they're not gunning for right away, well, they shouldn't be required by work or society to do so!

Elizabeth Banks feels the same way, especially now that she considers herself a REAL mom!

She was talking to Marc Maron about welcoming her second child Magnus — via gestational surrogate in November 2012 — and this is what she had to say:

QuickFit Tip Of The Day

Don't buy any fitness equipment you see in an infomercial on tv. The fitness models didn't get where they are by using that piece of equipment. If it was so good, it wouldn't need a commercial. When was the last time you saw a commercial for dumbbells? The shakeweight doesn't count.

QuickFit Tip Of The Day

Watching your calories is fine, but don't overdo it. If you "crash diet" and drop your calorie intake too low, your metabolism slows down and your body starts to burn muscle and store as much fat as possible. A good rule of thumb is to never go more than 500 calories in deficit of your daily needs.

Use olive oil and vinegar for your salad dressing. Olive oil contains heart healthy monounsaturated fats and will be much lower in calories than store bought dressings.
