This has developed into one of the greatest mysteries in the world!

Was Amanda Bynes bouncing like a jumping bean at a Skyzone in Buffalo, New York? Despite the pics, she denies it (how shocking).

But now we've got some serious confirmation!

Sure, the Skyzone owners might have already confirmed her appearance at their trampoline park, but that still wasn't enough for Amanda to be convinced she was there, LOL! So now, Skyzone has revealed proof she was most definitely getting her jump on this week!

It's getting worse and worse!

Amanda Bynes might not think things are so bad, but when you don't know where you are, that's not a good sign.

And Mizz Bynes appears to be most definitely confused about her current location.

While apparently out and about in Buffalo, New York, a photographer caught a woman who pretty definitely appears to be Amanda in that brown wig she pretty definitely wore to the trampoline park. And boy did an awkward conversation unfold!

The photographer recorded himself asking why she was in Buffalo when she denied she was there!

Tay Tay was spotted jumping and sporting her famous "O" face on a trampoline on Saturday in Los Angeles.

What are you shooting for Swifty??! A magazine?? A keds campaign??! Another fun music video??!

Whatever it is, we're sure we'll love it.

Kendra Wilkinson is going to be on the upcoming reality competition show Splash!

If it sounds familiar, it's because that's the same show that comedian Louie Anderson was practicing for when he almost drowned!!

It's basically like DWTS but instead of dancing, it's a celeb diving competition!!

We were wondering… how does someone with little or no previous training learn how to dive off a high dive??

Well now we have our answer: they practice on a trampoline!!

Kendra was wired up to a harness and was practicing diving and flips while on a trampoline.

Looks like so much fun!!

We bet she'll win because she's in such good shape!

Bounce.

Stimulate your immune system by bringing on some bounce.

The lymphatic system is a network of organs, ducts, and vessels that works as a major player in your immune function. Lymph moves through the vessels, eliminating toxins, and dumping them into the bloodstream to be removed.

Unlike the circulatory system, there is no heart to pump the fluid through the body. Instead, muscle contractions propel this process. Pump up this activity by flexing or stimulating your muscles.

Use a rebounder (mini-trampoline), trampoline, a track, or even a forgiving surface and just gently (or, for the athletically-inclined, moderately) bounce.

Any plyometric movement (jumping, jogging, jacks, squat jumps, jump rope, etc.) helps enhance detoxification.

Bar Refaeli certainly knows how to have fun!!!

The Sports Illustrated model started her weekend early on Thursday as she hit the Twitter-verse with a pic of her jumping on a mini trampoline, and later drinking out of an egg shell in London!!

She tweeted:

In case you're wondering, Bar's drinking a Coquetier, which includes rum, chocolate, bitters, PX, pimento, protein and cinnamon .

Yummy!

Thankfully the drinking took place after the jumping or else that could have been a disaster.
