When Kelly Osbourne sat down for an interview with Glamour UK, she opened Pandora's Box with a comment about her ex cheating on her with a "tranny."

Now, for those unaware, tranny (for some) is derogatory term for the transgendered community.

A newly formed Thai airline carrier, PC Air, announced that they have hired their first round of stewardesses - or as they're calling them, "Ladyboys."

Yes, in an effort to showcase their commitment to equal employment opportunities, three transexuals, or peoples of the "third sex" as they say in Thailand, were the first to be hired as air hostesses. Peter Chan, the CEO of the new airline, enthusiastically shared the news with sources and reveals his company is open to hiring even more transsexuals in the future. He explains:

"I think these people can have many careers – not just in the entertainment business – and many of them have a dream to be an air hostess. I just made their dream come true. Our society has changed. It's evolution. I'm a pioneer and I'm sure there will be other organizations following my idea."

We sincerely hope so! Like we always say, equality for all!

No joke, we really want to go to Thailand right now, for no other reason than to party 30,000 feet up with fiercest trannies known to man!

RuPaul should book their inaugural flight for an episode of Drag Race.

As Glee covered Rocky Horror Picture Show, it was not the subject matter that created controversy, but the use of a word. GLAAD was up in arms for using the word "tranny" on television.

But Susan Sarandon doesn't see anything wrong with it!

"What should they have said?" said the actress, adding that she many who were proud to be dubbed "trannies." She also felt that GLAAD was "getting like PETA - way out of control."

Although a spokesman for the organization disagrees.

"The word 'tra—y' has become an easy punch line in popular culture and many still don't realize that using the term is hurtful, dehumanizing and associated with violence," said GLAAD spokesman Richard Ferraro.

It seems the term varies on an individual basis, but it seems Miz Sarandon doesn't care about tiptoeing around it.

Their owning up to the mistake, so we hope GLAAD accepts the apology.

During last week's Jersey Shore reunion special, the boys used an offensive slur while discussing one of The Situation's many hookups. On air, the guys rag on Mike for flirting with an unidentified person they called a "tranny."

Needless to say, GLAAD was not happy about this. The organization described it as "one of the most blatantly transphobic scenes aired anywhere on television in the last few years."

In effort to show some good faith, MTV has issue an apology on the matter and has remove the offending segment after the current rotation cycle. As for their apology, the statement reads:

"We appreciate GLAAD voicing concern about the Jersey Shore reunion special. The segment in question was certainly not meant to be insensitive, but in retrospect we realize that it was offensive to some viewers. We sincerely apologize."

Pushing boundaries doesn't always mean it's alright to hurt people's feelings. We hope MTV sees that now.
