The Supreme Court Will Not Hear Gavin Grimm's Transgender Bathroom Rights Case

Gavin Grimm

Ugh.

As we're sure you're aware, the Supreme Court was slated to hear transgender teen Gavin Grimm's case on March 28, as he is suing his school in Virginia for the right to use the bathroom corresponding with his gender identity.

On Monday, SCOTUS announced it would be sending the case back to a lower court without making any sort of decision — a ruling that could potentially force Gavin to use the women's restroom for the rest of high school.

This all comes after Donald Trump's removal of Barack Obama's policy protecting transgender students in public schools.

So what now?

Today's announcement means Gavin's case will return to the Court of Appeals, and will most likely not be heard by the Supreme Court this term.

ACLU attorney Joshua Block, who represents Gavin, said of the setback:

Michelle Rodriguez Goes Full Frontal In New Clip Of The Assignment — See Her Male Hitman Character Learn He Now Has A Vag!

no title

Well, at least we know this movie doesn't plan on taking itself seriously.

Despite a controversial premise, Michelle Rodriguez is going balls to the wall in her new action film The Assignment — in which she plays a hitman who undergoes gender reassignment surgery against his will.

And to truly capture the raw emotion of her male character seeing his new female body for the first time, the actress bared it ALL in the film's pinnacle scene!

Video: The Assignment Trailer Is Cheesy, Offensive Action!

In a new clip obtained by Mr. Skin, Frank Kitchen (a.k.a. Tomboy) rips off his surgery bandages and lays eyes on his new body — featuring Rodriguez's very real lady bits (yup, we mean everything) — and lets out a wail only fit for a B-list action flick.

We think Rodriguez's scream echos the feelings of all the frustrated transgender people in disbelief that a film like this exists.

Speaking of, now that we've learned more about the film, it's worth noting that just because a male assassin gets his dick chopped off by a mad scientist (Sigourney Weaver), that does NOT suddenly make him transgender.

Anyway, feel free to appreciate Rodriguez's full frontal female genitalia (below)!

Jackie Evancho's Transgender Sister Wins Big In Bathroom Rights Case!

jackie evancho sis wins transgender bathroom case

This is HUGE for not just Jackie Evancho's sister, but for the entire Transgender Rights movement!

On Monday, a Pennsylvania federal judge ruled that Juliet Evancho, along with fellow plaintiffs Elissa Ridenour and A.S., must be given access to the bathrooms at their school which match their gender identity. Of course, this is such a big win for the transgender community as Donald Trump recently rescinded federal protections for transgender students which allowed them to use the restrooms and/or changing rooms that matched their identified gender.

Nonetheless, US District Court Judge Mark R. Hornak is on the right side of history as he issued a temporary injunction which bars the Pine-Richland School District from forcing Juliet and her peers into using private bathrooms or restrooms matching their birth sex.

In regards to his ruling, Hornak wrote:

Critics are up in arms over a transgender wrestler's undefeated season due to the fact that he's only allowed to wrestle girls.

Mack Beggs, who has been transitioning into a male and taking testosterone for more than a year, won the state championship match of the girl's 110-pound weight class.

According to the Forth Worth Star-Telegram, parents aren't thrilled by the Texas teen's stellar 55-0 season, calling him a "cheater" for playing in the girls' tournament while so "beefed up."

Girls in the tournament have forfeited rather than face the 17-year-old on the mat, and the controversy reached a peak when Mack clinched the championship on Saturday.

While some people are upset that the trans teen is competing with girls, everyone seems to agree the situation isn't the Trinity High School student's fault — as he says he'd rather wrestle against boys.

But due to state league rules, athletes are required to compete per the gender listed on their birth certificates.

Parents are especially upset by the league permitting Mack to use testosterone as a

Patricia Arquette Is 'Really Bummed' Her Late Sister & Trans Activist Alexis Arquette Was Left Out Of The Oscars In Memoriam

Alexis Arquette and Patricia Arquette

Moonlight is the topic of everyone's conversations following that dramatic mess up for the Best Picture winner last night at the Oscars — but for Patricia Arquette, it brought up other emotions.

The Boyhood actress opened up to Vanity Fair about being happy to see an LGBT movie take home the biggest prize, but she was a little disappointed her transgender sister Alexis Arquette, who passed away back in September after complications from HIV, was notably left out of the ceremony's In Memoriam.

The 48-year-old said of Barry Jenkins' powerful film:

"[I was touched] this beautiful story about a gay kid in America in a world that doesn't accept gay people. I'm really bummed. For the in memoriam, they left out our sister Alexis, and she was trans."

Laverne Cox DESTROYED An Anti-Trans Activist On Live TV & We Are LIVINGGG For It — MUST Watch!!

Laverne Cox

THIS IS A MUST WATCH.

As we're sure you know, Donald Trump rolled back federal protections for transgender children this week that were previously in place under Barack Obama's administration — choosing instead to let states decide what rights trans students should have.

In an amazing response, Queen Laverne Cox took an anti-trans activist took to school on live TV while discussing what the transphobic bathroom legislation is REALLY about — and the dude was left completely speechless!!!

Here's what happened.
