Oscar De La Hoya has had issues with substance abuse in the past, and it looks like it's a battle he's still facing today.
The iconic boxer announced today that he would be checking himself into an undisclosed treatment facility.
The big news comes right on the heels of a huge fight this weekend between Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Canelo Alvarez, which he says he won't be able to attend.
Oscar release a statement saying:

This A-Lister is making a list herself: a rundown of all the naughty and nice people in her life.
She better check it twice!
According to a source close to LiLo herself, Lindsay Lohan has allegedly made two lists while at Cliffside's substance abuse treatment facility: one of friends she will keep, the other of "toxic friends and influences."
Out of a reported list of about 100 friends, a good 80 made the

This is a step in the right direction.
Just days after actress Estella Warren was charged with a DUI, hit-and-run driving, battery on a cop, and resisting arrest, she's decided to enter a residential treatment facility. She'll also be wearing a SCRAM bracelet a la La Lohan.
Her attorney says:
"She wants to prove she isn't drinking. She's committed to making the situation right and moving on in a way that's appropriate.
This scenario can be the catalyst for significant change. Estella's attitude towards this whole thing is awesome. She's more than accepting. She's embracing the personal opportunities that have come from this."
We certainly hope so. If convicted on those charges, she could be facing 2.5 years in jail.
We sincerely hope you get better, hon.

This must be difficult, but we're sure it's for the best.
Although there were reports circulating that she planned to go home for Thanksgiving, her representative has come forward to assert that Demi Lovato has no plans to leave rehab early.
"Recent reports stating that Demi Lovato will be out of treatment by Thanksgiving are false. While she would of course love to be home for the holidays, she remains committed first and foremost to her treatment. Demi has made tremendous progress to date, but understands that she has more work to do. Unfortunately, the news outlet that reported this story originally failed to call us for comment or to fact check the story before it was printed."
The rep also revealed that fortunately, Demi's family will be with her at her treatment facility for turkey day!
Poor thing. We know that this must be such a difficult process to go through - especially at such a young age. Luckily, she has her family's united support behind her, so that will hopefully make this ordeal easier!
We're still thinking of you, bb! Stay strong!

Wow! This guy just loves picking up these young
troubled Disney girls!
Sources close to Demi Lovato are revealing that after her split from Joe Jonas, she started quietly dating Wilmer Valderrama, whom she met while filming a Chilean Earthquake Relief PSA!
The insider explains:
"The two started seeing each other in May right after her breakup with Jonas. She would show us pictures of them together."
Something about this makes us a little uncomfortable - especially because he's now 30!
We hope that he wasn't a contributing factor to her issues! That poor girl had enough going on!

In response to the news that Demi Lovato checked into a treatment center for "emotional and physical issues," a spokesperson from Disney has issued the following statement:
"We support Demi's decision to put her health first and we send her our best wishes."
Good. The poor thing needs all of the support and love that she can.
Meanwhile, sources close to her tour with the Jonas Brothers have revealed that the band will finish up the following dates without her, instead of pulling in a replacement.
The insider reveals:
"There are no plans to replace Demi for the remaining six days on the Jonas Brothers Live in Concert tour."
Ugh. Our heart really goes out to her.
So sad. We hope she's getting the help that she needs.
