Well, this is straight out of an Alfred Hitchcock movie.

Residents of a small New Jersey suburb woke up to find more than a hundred vultures staring at them from on top of their roofs.

And unsurprisingly the residents want the scary birds to go the eff away!

Authorities are less concerned about people being frightened, but are rather perturbed about the possible damage these birds might cause to peoples' houses. If they do not leave soon - the repair costs could rise very high!

One effective way to rid the town of the vultures is to hang a dead vulture upside down as a warning to other vultures to stay away.

We kid you not.

Here's how one resident described it:

"The vulture effigy is a visual deterrent to the birds for that season but they may come back in future seasons."

The effigy costs about $5,000 per dead bird. Is there no other way to get rid of these pest birds???

WTFeezy? What took so looooooong????

A cat in Bloomington, IN has finally been rescued after being stuck 70ft high in a tree.

Mittens nervously paced around the branches as neighbors tried coax the pet down.

The fire department equipment couldn't reach…Cat food did nada….and tree climbers couldn't get close.

Until Brady, a climber from the town's horticulture group stepped…or climbed…into the picture.

Mittens was saved and is recovering from his week in solitude.

A dog is fighting for his life after Hurricane Sandy killed his owner and her friend.

Max the dog has been taken off the critical list at Verg South veterinary hospital after a giant tree fell on his owner, Jessie Streich-Kest, her friend Jacob Vogelman, and him.

Streich-Kest and Vogelman were killed while Max needs more surgeries, but he is on the mend.

A joey (baby kangaroo) was just born at the Saint Louis Zoo!

He is cute cute CUTE! We love his gorgeous eye lashes!

We just wanna hug the little guy!

Maybe if we get a specially designed hoodie, he'd hop in our pouch and we could keep him forever.

Or at least until he gets big enough to kill us.

What's extra great is he's an endangered Matschie's Tree Kangaroo, so any new endangered species birth is a reason to celebrate!

So break out the bubbly and say hello to baby Bexley!

A wild bear found himself on the University of Colorado Boulder campus and decided to climb a tree.

This dog has quite the potty mouth!

Though we can understand if we were forced to wear a lampshade on our heads we'd probably do the same thing.

Even though he keeps whacking his cone against the trees he keeps going in for more.

In the bay area, a brave dog chased a mountain lion up a tree!

Apparently it's not too uncommon to find mountain lions in the area, but never in someone's backyard, up a tree.
